1. Return & Exchange Timeframe

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Eligible Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange in the following situations:

  • There are quality issues affecting normal use;

  • The item has a strong odor, severe color differences, or similar issues;

  • You received the wrong product;

  • Change of mind (the item must be unused and in its original packaging).

3. Return Process

  • Please contact us by email or phone, providing your order number, proof of payment, reason for return, and product photos or videos;

  • We will confirm and reply to your request within 1–3 business days;

  • Once your return is approved, please ship the item to the return address provided in the confirmation email (the return address may vary depending on your location or warehouse, so please refer to the confirmation email);

  • Please keep your shipping receipt. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it within 2–3 business days and process your refund within 7 business days.

4. Exchange Process

  • The exchange request process is the same as returns; please contact us by email or phone;

  • We will confirm your request within 1–3 business days;

  • Once approved, please send the item to the return address provided in the confirmation email;

  • After receiving and confirming the returned product, we will ship the replacement within 1–3 business days;

  • Delivery times follow our Shipping Policy, approximately 7–12 business days.

5. Refund Method & Timeframe

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal):

  • Bank card refunds: usually credited within 1–3 business days, no later than 7 business days;

  • PayPal refunds: usually credited within 24 hours, no later than 3 business days.

If you do not see your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact us.

6. Shipping Fees & Restocking Fees

  • If the return is due to our responsibility (e.g., product defects, wrong item, or damage during transit), we will cover the return shipping cost;

  • If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost;

  • We do not charge any additional handling or restocking fees.

  • Damage caused by misuse or failure to follow product instructions is not eligible for return or exchange.
