Order Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping with babybooer. We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order, so we have set out the following cancellation policy:

1. When You Can Cancel

  • You may request a cancellation before the order has been shipped;

  • If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you can still request a return after delivery by following our Return & Exchange Policy.

2. How to Cancel

  • Please contact us by email or phone and provide your order number;

  • We will confirm and process your request within 1–3 business days;

  • If your order qualifies for cancellation, we will initiate the refund as soon as possible.

3. Refund Method & Timeframe

Refunds will be returned to the original payment method you used when placing the order:

  • If you paid by bank card (Visa or MasterCard), the refund will be returned to the same card;

  • If you paid by PayPal, the refund will be returned to the same PayPal account.

Processing times:

  • Bank card refunds usually appear within 1–3 business days, and no later than 7 business days;

  • PayPal refunds are usually credited within 24 hours, and no later than 3 business days.

4. Orders Already Shipped

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled;

  • You may request a return after receiving the item, in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy;

  • Please ensure the product and packaging remain intact to allow for a smooth return process.
